Accounting and Finance Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:Establish policies, plans, and accounting and financial management systems in alignment with the companys operational strategies.Analyze, plan, and forecast company liquidity, determine financial direction, and present financial statements to management.Set departmental goals, monitor progress, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to the team.Supervise and review accounting records, month-end and year-end closings, and consolidated financial statements for the company and its subsidiaries.Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and other accounting reports.Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure adequate working capital for business operations.Approve accounting adjustments, review and authorize financial reports, payment vouchers, and other related documents.Review corporate income tax calculations and account reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards.Plan and optimize tax strategies to maximize benefits for the organization.Evaluate and analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 10 years in a managerial or supervisory role. (Experience in the heavy industry will be an advantage.)Certified Public Accountant (CPD license holder)Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skill.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or other accounting-related modules (Cloud-based preferred).
