Accounts Assistant | South DublinRoles and ResponsibilitiesManage Bank, AP and Intercompany ledgers, dailySet up new accounts per contract terms, and send monthly statementsAllocate customer payments to invoices and maintain accurate recordsCoordinate payment and processing of a range of suppliers, withholding tax certificates, and related allocationsSupport the preparation of withholding tax claims with appropriate documentationAssist in monthly management accounts preparation and reconciliation of balance sheet and payables accountsProduce standard and ad-hoc reports as neededEnsure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and risk management proceduresCarry out additional finance-related tasks as assignedRequirements1+ year in an accounts assistant or bookkeeper roleStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent time management and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTeam player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetThe OfferOwnership of the roleExcellent well established teamGood BenefitsGet in touch directly to chat in more detail about this opportunity, conor@fortis.ie
