Our operations include both product sales and service-based billing, with active inventory and fulfillment management.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Accounting Manager / Controller to lead core accounting functions and help the CFO scale the accounting and analytics capabilities of the business. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in accounting operations and thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee month-end and year-end close processesManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functionsPerform cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliationsEnsure accuracy and timeliness in financial reportingMaintain and improve accounting systems and processes (QuickBooks required)Support inventory tracking, cost accounting, and fulfillment reportingAssist with billing for services and product-related revenue streamsHelp implement internal controls and process improvementsCollaborate closely with the CFO on financial analysis, forecasting, and departmental growthRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4–6 years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of U.S. GAAPProficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft ExcelExperience with month-end close, reconciliations, and cash managementExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsCPA, CMA, or other accounting certificationExperience with direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, or inventory-based businessesPrior work with U.S. based companies
