Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be part of the Financial Planning & Control department in Finance Division.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Payments Accountant in day-to-day operations by ensuring that payments are made timely and accurately, and ensuring that invoices are verified and approved before processing payment.Manage and verify invoices from Fuel suppliersExecuting and monitoring payment runs for accounts payable and treasury workflow in SAP system.Assist Payments Accountant in following up with business users on queries and payment matters.Participate and assist in system enhancement business requirements gathering and testing.Any adhoc duties assigned by Payments Accountant.RequirementsDiploma in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance. Able to work independently, collaboratively and under tight deadlines.Adaptable to changes and a problem solver.Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.We thank all candidates for your interest in Singapore Airlines, and regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
