Accounting & Finance Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONQualifications- University degree in a related field, preferably Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines,- 2 or 3 years experience in cost & accounting (experience in Independent Audit companies would be an asset),- Experience in costing related knowledge on VUK and IFRS,- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools and ERP programs (e.g. Oracle),- Open to development, and willing to research, learn, follow up regulation changes,- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and follow-up multiple tasks,- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team,- Flexible and able to adapt to learn Toyota methods and philosophy,- Excellent command of English (Interviews will be conducted in English),- No restrictions for travelling in or outside of Turkey,- Willing to live in Sakarya or Kocaeli.Job Description- Prepare and analyse monthly cost of sales & production inline with VUK and IFRS standards,- Collaborate with accounting team during audits,- Facilitate inventory counting activities,- Perform other inventory and costing related activities- Collaborate in financial period closing & reporting activities
