This is a strategic, hands-on role where the individual will become an expert in the company's AP systems, train and document processes, participate in hiring, and execute advanced AP and bookkeeping tasks. The position is directly tied to the firm's operational scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesAP System Mastery: Deeply learn all AP platforms, systems, and workflows. Take ownership of process improvements and error-proofing.Training & Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for all AP tasks and workflows. Train team members and oversee onboarding for new hires.Process Management: Perform day-to-day AP tasks as needed and ensure consistency and scalability across all AP operations.Bookkeeping Support: Provide support for higher-level tasks such as reconciliations, vendor aging review, and data verification. Assist with quarterly reviews and system audits.Leadership & Hiring: Collaborate on all future AP and other hiring initiatives, including job scoping, interviewing, and onboarding. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching.QualificationsFive or more years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable and bookkeeping.Two or more years in a training, team leadership, or process improvement role.Must have exposure working with US clientsDirect restaurant, Retail/E-commerce, Food & Beverage Manufacturing/Distribution and Franchise Operations industry accounting experience (either one of the industries mentioned is required)Proven skills in documentation, knowledge transfer, and team building.Strong interpersonal and project management abilities.Experience with Quickbooks Online & Desktop is required.Experience with Restaurant365, MarginEdge, Craftable, QBO, Bill.com, and Excel is a plus.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday; 9 PM to 6PM (Manila Time)Work Step Up: Hybrid:Hired staff are expected to report to the office at least 10 times/month (remaining working days are WFH)Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)In compliance to data privacy law, make sure that the following is included at all times:By clicking on the "I'm Interested" button I hereby allow Outsourced Quality Assured Services, Inc.
