Accounting Manager

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional ready to take charge and drive accuracy in financial reporting?Eurokars Group Indonesia is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the accounting team in daily operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end closing.Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management.Maintain compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and financial reviews.Manage cash flow reporting, budget control, and variance analysis.Support management with financial insights and recommendations for business decisions.Continuously improve accounting systems, processes, and controls.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.Experience in the automotive or automotive manufacturing industry is preferred.Proficient in accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.High attention to detail, integrity, and accuracy.
