Accounting Manager (Exp in Real Estate is a must)

We are looking for Accounting Manager for one of our clients in the Real Estate Development Sector located in Moqattam, Egypt.Role DescriptionSupervise day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and submit them to the Financial Manager for review and consolidation.Manage and monitor project accounting, including cost allocation, revenue recognition, and work-in-progress tracking (especially for real estate or project-based businesses).Ensure compliance with tax laws and government regulations, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.From 8 to 12 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in Real Estate Development Companies (MUST).Proven experience in project accounting, cost analysis, and financial reporting for multi-phase developments.Strong understanding of Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS), taxation laws, and financial compliance.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Very good command of English.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Moqattam or nearby residences are preferred.
