Accounting Staff - Experienced Level

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to be involved in all aspects of accounting, working from the transactional level through the financial statements level, using the latest in cloud computing technology.ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable processingAccounts Receivable processingInventory analysisMonthly Payroll run and accountingCompletion of Month End journals and closing adjustmentsPreparation and completion of monthly financial reportsBank and GL ReconciliationsActively participates during client callsIdentify significant risks and able to analyze and document in a technical memoAble to guide and review entry-level staff workDrafts process documentationPerform other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeQualificationsWith at least 1-2 years’ experience in the same field, Preferably with BPO companiesCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalentWith CPA License is preferredInterest and exposure in accounting systems and other related applications (Quickbooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite)Can work under pressure and can easily refocus to attend to urgent tasksExcellent communication (both oral and written in English) skillsStrong analytical skills
