We aim to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients through our comprehensive and personalized approach.  About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality accounting services and has a strong ability to lead and develop a team. The successful candidate will oversee client engagements, ensure compliance with Philippine accounting and tax regulations, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and review the work of accounting associates to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR, SEC and other applicable agencies. Lead client engagements including financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support. Maintain high standards of quality control across all deliverables. Provide technical guidance and training to team members. Manage workflow and deadlines across multiple clients and projects. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of staff. Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service. Collaborate with partners and senior management to improve processes and client satisfaction.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field. CPA license is preferred but not required. 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, and taxation within the Philippine regulatory environment. Strong understanding of PFRS, PAS, Philippine tax laws, BIR, LGU processes, and preferably with experience in handling government agency compliance. (eg.
