Most importantly, you want to grow in a role where you can contribute to a regional business and make a real impact.Here’s where you come in...Accounting & BookkeepingOversee full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing.Maintain accounting records in compliance with local statutory and tax regulations.Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register, Balance Sheet and P&L schedules.Perform reconciliation and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy across systems and reports.Prepare filing reports and coordinate with local consultants or tax agents to ensure timely tax filing..Revenue Accounting SupportWork with the Commercial Finance Team on monthly project revenue recognition and post journal entries to update project related accounts in NetSuite.Prepare reports & analyses of project related accounts - Revenue & Balance Sheet WIP and aged receivables, PO tracking, etc. Perform reconciliation and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy across systems and reports.Data Management & ReportingMaintain and update monthly actual data in NetSuite, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to regional teams.Review & ensure all expenses are correctly mapped to cost centers and departments.Assist with local budget preparation.Provide support on other ad-hoc projects and reports.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with APAC Finance teams (Shared Services, Commercial Finance, Treasury & FP&A).Liaise with consultants, and other local stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Support audit and compliance reviews as needed.We treasure personality and experience yet we do know that these qualifications lead to what WE KNOW as a success.Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance operation, accounting, tax, management report and external audits.Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or local tax certification is a plus.Prior experience working in a multinational or international agency/organization.Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with NetSuite and NSPB is a major plus.Strong attention to details, data accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Bonus if you...Have worked in a regional role or collaborated with remote teams.Are passionate about automation, efficiency, and making processes better.
