Accounts and Admin Assistant – Interior Fit-Out Company Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesReporting to: Manager – Finance & AdministrationWe are a well-established Interior Fit-Out and Joinery Contracting company in Dubai, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Admin Assistant to support our Finance and Administration Department.The ideal candidate should have prior UAE experience in a contracting or construction environment and be capable of handling both accounting and administrative responsibilities efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.Support the preparation of supplier and subcontractor payments, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for invoices, statements, and payment follow-ups.Maintain staff records, leave registers, and assist with HR documentation, contract renewals and payroll preparation.Handle general administrative duties such as office coordination, filing, document control, and correspondence.Assist with renewal and management of company documents (trade license, insurances, vehicle registrations, etc.).Provide administrative support to the Manager – Finance & Administration for internal reporting and management requirements.Assist in the company document control and implementation of other company procedures and policiesRequirementsMinimum 2–4 years’ experience in Accounts and Administration within the Construction / Fit-Out / Contracting industry in the UAE.Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Focus, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
