This hybrid role demands precision in financial management and agility in coordinating executive tasks, ensuring smooth operations across both finance and leadership functions.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Finance• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking.• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and audits.• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.2. Executive Assistance• Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.• Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.• Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.• Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups.• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.3. Cross-Functional Coordination• Act as a bridge between finance and executive leadership, ensuring smooth communication.• Support project tracking, vendor management, and client invoicing.• Assist in preparing investor or client-facing documents that combine financial and strategic insights.Qualifications & Skills• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.• 5–8 years of experience in accounting with exposure to executive support roles.• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and reporting.• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.• Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software (Tally), and board management tools.• High emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure.Preferred Attributes• Prior experience in consultancy, professional services, or mid-sized enterprises.• Ability to balance detail-oriented financial work with dynamic executive coordination.• Trustworthy, discreet, and proactive in problem-solving.• Collaborative mindset with operational agility.
