*Immediate hiring*Must be familiar with the accounting software Microsoft Navision.The Accounting Assistant provides administrative support to accountants and other financial staff members. Their duties include assisting with tasks like managing records and organizing reports, performing data entry and scheduling appointments.Accounts Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:Accounts Assistants perform organizational and accounting tasks to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Accounts and Account Manager. Their duties and responsibilities include:Communicating with clients to better understand financial needs and report that information to the AccountantManaging basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailingPayroll preparation and online banking paymentsKnowledge of chart of accountsRecording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reportsWorking closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client’s recordsMaintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needsCollecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable recordsScheduling client appointments and managing important department deadlinesPlease apply with you CV
