This end-to-end visibility reduces friction, minimizes delays, and increases resilience in your logistics network.Role OverviewWe're looking for an Operations Liaison who will oversee and streamline transportation logistics operations in Dubai, ensuring timely and accurate coordination with drivers to share instructions, vouchers, and operational updates.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate regularly with drivers to provide clear instructions and operational updates.Share vouchers and required documents with drivers in a timely and accurate manner.Act as a point of contact between controllers, management (including Antonio), and drivers to relay instructions effectively.Collect information from drivers regarding trips, issues, and daily operations, and share updates with internal teams.Monitor operations and escalate any issues or delays to the relevant stakeholders promptly.Prepare and maintain order-related reports and operational records.Collect, organize, and maintain operational and driver-related data with accuracy.Support basic finance-related tasks, including invoice validation and verification.Ensure a high level of attention to detail in all communications, data entry, and documentation.Role RequirementsExcellent communication skills.Experience in Logistics industry.Transport and internal coordination experience.
