Key responsibilities include driving property sales, building strong client relationships, collaborating with developers, managing marketing campaigns, and ensuring targets are met. The individual will lead the sales team, coordinate promotional activities, and assist in negotiating contracts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.QualificationsExperience as an Off Plan Manager in DubaiComprehensive knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly off-plan property salesStrong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsExperience in marketing strategies and promotional campaign managementLeadership abilities to guide and motivate a sales teamExceptional communication and presentation skillsProven organisational and time management skills to handle multiple prioritiesFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a managerial or senior sales role in the real estate market
