Accounts Assistant

In this role, you will report and work closely with the Finance Business Partner, supporting a wide range of finance activities - from purchase ledger processing and controls to month-end reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, audits, and process improvements. It’s a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive, team-focused approach.Company: Tekmar GroupNewton Aycliffe (hybrid working) Key responsibilities:Assist with month-end journals, reconciliations, and reporting.Support budgets, forecasts, fixed assets, and stock control.Provide analysis on financial performance and variances.Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal controls.Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
