Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phuket for an Accounts Payable team member. The primary responsibilities include processing expense reports, managing invoices and payments, recording financial transactions, and reconciling accounts. The individual will ensure accurate and timely handling of financial records while supporting overall accounting processes for the organization. Qualifications Proficiency in processing Expense Reports and maintaining accurate financial documentationStrong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for financial data accuracyExperience with Finance and Accounting practices, including budgeting and financial reportingKnowledge of Journal Entries and fundamentals of AccountingProficiency in relevant accounting software and toolsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficientlyExperience in the tourism or hospitality sector is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferable
