Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Verify all invoices bill from suppliers, plants and related division especially Tax invoice before record.Prepare and manage payment documents including cash level monitoringMonitor and verify on the detail of outstanding account payable, adjust long-outstanding balances and complete confirm year-end for vendor balance.Prepare and submit indirect tax returns (e.g. PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PND.36, SBT and related tax filing) for both Thailand and overseas entities within the Live Nation Group and Impact Management Group including bank reconciliationPerform monthly reconciliation and analysis of goods receipt and invoice receipt, including maintaining GR/IR and freight clearing accounts and preparing reports on old open items.Assist in financial closing and reporting – Allocation of expenses and any common amount for preparing profit and loss by business unit and operate the function to manage level of profit balance.Cost control, asset depreciation and fix asset monitoring. Assist in identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation initiatives, and system upgrades.Support additional tasks as required to align with business needs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree accounting Experience 5 years in Accounting, Minimum 3 years in account payable, withholding tax, VAT and monthly closing account..Experience using Oracle and/or MS Dynamic accounting program is a strong advantage.Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws, accounting standards, and local regulatory requirements Deep understanding of taxation, including PND, PP, import taxes, customs procedures, and cost management.Strong team management skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Detail-oriented, meticulous, and able to perform well under pressure.Fluent in Thai; proficiency in English is an advantage.
