Accounts Payable & Receivable LeadGlobal HQ – Melbourne | Full Time | Finance TeamReporting to the Finance Business Partner, you’ll own the end-to-end management of both accounts payable and receivable. From processing and reconciliation through to collections, reporting, and system improvements - you’ll lead the charge on accuracy, efficiency, and control. You’ll also oversee and develop one direct report within the AP/AR function.This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who loves numbers, process optimisation, and making things run better every day.What You'll DoLead the full AP and AR functions - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all transactionsManage supplier payments, reconciliations, and cash flow planningOversee customer invoicing, statements, and collectionsMaintain robust internal controls and financial integrityDeliver accurate monthly reporting and insightsSupport audit requirements and assist with board reportingPartner with business leaders to solve finance queries quickly and effectivelyIdentify and drive process and system improvements, including automation opportunitiesCoach and develop your direct report to perform at their bestWhat You’ll Bring5+ years’ experience in AP/AR or a similar finance roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident communicator who builds trusted relationshipsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (AP21 an advantage)Understanding of ATO compliance and internal controlsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesA Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting (preferred)Why you’ll love itAt 2XU, you’ll join a global brand with performance at its core.
