This role will oversee the accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments while developing and implementing best practices for efficiency. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining strong vendor relationships and contributing positively to our financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:Manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective processing of invoices and paymentsOversee and improve the accounts payable process, from receipt of invoice to payment and reconciliationEnsure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirementsAnalyze and resolve discrepancies in invoices and vendor accounts in a timely mannerPrepare and present accounts payable reports to management, highlighting trends and issuesCollaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall financial performanceSupport year-end audits by providing necessary documentation and reportsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial roleStrong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practicesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong leadership and team management skillsOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalBenefitsCompetitive entry-level pay with performance-based incentives.
