This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The FollowingDaily Monitoring and management of customer credit exposure, utilization and collection activitiesManagement of relevant group mailboxesHandles pre-payment processing for in-scope customersMonthly and/or Quarterly Accounts Reconciliation of Trade Receivables, Doubtful, Miscellaneous Accounts Receivables and other related accounts such as collaterals (e.g. cash bond/cash deposits, letter of credits), forex revaluation, etc.Monthly correction of fallouts/Data Quality (DQ) in Global AR Dashboard (GAD), if any. Generation of Credit Metrics Report to be used for Credit Board Meetings, among othersMonthly month-end closing (MEC) activities in SAP, as applicableMonitoring and escalation of Open Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billings as it impacts collectionMonthly or Ad-hoc management of Unapplied Credits (UACs)Refund of Cash Bond and overpayments, if anyPreparation of ad-hoc reports where needed, e.g. customer aging reportsSupport for Annual Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) activitySupport any audit confirmation activitiesClose coordination with Local Finance, Business Units and other support teams on any unusual issues related to accounts being handledExtend support on Credit Analyst Tasks including Credit Reviews and credit clearancesAs back-up of other Receivables Analysts and Aviation Credit AnalystsAbout YouWe know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
