With over 25 years in the industry and a commitment to quality, ethics and culture, they are now seeking a confident and capable Office Administrator / Accounts Receivable to join their close-knit team.ABOUT THE ROLEBased at reception, you’ll be the first point of contact for all visitors and calls, representing the business to clients, suppliers, and the wider world. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the finance team with a variety of accounts receivable tasks, so attention to detail and initiative are essential.WHAT YOU'LL DOWelcome visitors and manage all incoming calls from key external stakeholdersMonitor finance inbox and action AR enquiries promptlyWeekly invoicing and debtor follow-up via phone and emailDaily bank reconciliations and cash receiptingCredit card and general ledger reconciliationsManage inter-entity transactions and customer depositsProcess credit applications, credit notes, and adjustmentsWork with sales to resolve overdue accounts and invoice disputesProvide general administrative support across the business as neededABOUT YOUConfident, mature and well-presented with excellent communication skillsStrong computer skills across email, spreadsheets and ERP systemsHigh level of initiative and ability to learn new systems quicklyOutstanding attention to detail and accuracy—essential for finance tasksPrior experience in administration and/or accounts receivableFriendly and professional front-of-house mannerWHY JOIN OUR CLIENTWork for a long-standing, values-led business with international reachBe the face of the company, central to both client experience and finance functionGenuine opportunity for growth, development, and broader exposureSupportive and down-to-earth team culture
