Be your unique self, share your creative ideas, do your best work, and take time to grow in our caring and inclusive culture where you can belong.About The RoleAs an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be responsible for issuing invoiced, reconciliation of revenue and maintain the list of customers for European entities.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Compile and issue sales invoices to customers ensuring invoices are sent to customers for prompt paymentEnsure sales invoices uploaded to client portal, where applicableMaintain and update client portfolio with all the active customers, who require a PO for sales invoicesReconcile deferred and accrued revenue monthlyAssisting with projection of accounting and revenue recognitionWork with the Professional Services Coordinators and collect the information that allow the monthly invoicing (for Time and Material or Miles Stones projects)Coordinate audit process for accounts receivable departmentAssist with implementation of new process and procedures to help improve the finance functionQualifications: At least a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent training or experienceA minimum of 3 years of experience working in Finance/AccountingProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software, strong MIS skillsFluency in EnglishProactive team player as well as being able to take your own initiateAdditional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:Accurate and process-thinkingSAP FI module would be an advantageExcel knowledge at intermediate levelFlexible, adaptive and pro-activeCapable of taking additional responsibilities to move to the next levelOrganized, independent, and self-motivatedPositive attitude with a good can-do mentalityOur OfferRoom for personal development through external, internal training tools and learning and development program #GROW.
