With strong regional connections, a collaborative culture, and a focus on operational excellence, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation.Role OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Supervisor will play a key role in strengthening the finance team by overseeing day-to-day AR operations and supervising a small team of two Accounts Assistants. This is a newly created position designed to support recent and projected business growth, enhance process efficiency, and improve customer experience.The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organised, and confident dealing with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting.Supervise, mentor, and support a team of two Accounts Assistants to ensure accuracy and productivity.Manage customer relationships with a professional, service-driven approach.Lead debt management activities, including follow-ups, dispute resolution, and overdue account monitoring.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure timely receipt of payments.Collaborate with internal teams—including Accounts Payable, Finance, and Operations—to resolve issues and align processes.Prepare AR aging reports and provide regular updates to senior management.Assist in month-end close activities and contribute to audit processes as required.Ideal Candidate Profile3–5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or general accounting functions.Previous supervisory or team leadership exposure preferred.Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships.Proficient with accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an asset, but not essential.
