We are currently recruiting for a qualified Finance Supervisor (Accounts Receivables) to lead and contribute to the Zambia Office, Finance Team.ResponsibilitiesInvoice and Tax Management Review and issue sales tax invoices in compliance with tax regulations; Reconcile invoice data with accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy and consistency. Accounts Receivable Monitoring and Verification Supervise the daily work of Accounts Receivable Officers and review aging reports and collection progress; Compare AR balances with tax invoices, sales orders, and delivery records, identifying and correcting discrepancies; Monitor customer credit status and prepare AR analysis and risk reports on a regular basis. Order and Payment Review Review sales orders and payment information to ensure accuracy of prices, payment terms, and customer data; Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure proper reconciliation of orders and payments. Customer Reconciliation and Collection Management Conduct regular account reconciliations with customers and confirm balances; Follow up on overdue payments and assist the Sales team in collection activities; Maintain customer credit files and participate in credit policy evaluation and adjustment. Team and Process Management Supervise and guide AR staff to improve accuracy and efficiency of account management; Optimize AR processes and promote system or automation improvements. Internal and External Coordination Maintain effective communication with Sales, Tax, Audit, and General Ledger teams; Support annual audits, tax inspections, and internal control reviews.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field; At least 5 years of financial experience, including 2 years in AR or accounting supervision; Experience in manufacturing or large-scale enterprises preferred;“We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce.
