Acquisition Manager – Luxury E-commerce

Job Description

As the Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online visibility and commercial. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will define and implement the brand’s acquisition strategy, leveraging all digital marketing channels (SEA, META, display, affiliation, retargeting…) to drive qualified traffic and accelerate growth (with a strong focus on the U.S. market)Within the Digital Department, you will act as both a strategic thinker and an analytical expert, ensuring that every action reflects the brand’s excellence and contributes to its international reputation.Main Responsibilities1. Audit, Develop & Execute the Traffic Acquisition Strategy•Design, implement, and optimize the digital acquisition roadmap across all key channels (SEA, display, retargeting, affiliation, co-registration, RTB, emailing…).•Manage budgets and ensure an optimal allocation of investments across all acquisition levers.•Oversee and challenge external partners: media agencies, affiliate platforms, and performance marketing partners.•Monitor trends and innovations in digital marketing to continuously enhance performance in a “test & learn” mindset.•Ensure all campaigns embody the brand’s luxury DNA, with impeccable execution and storytelling alignment.2. Measure, Analyze, and Optimize Performance•Define key KPIs to monitor campaign performance and traffic quality.•Track ROI, define attribution models, and identify areas for improvement.•Conduct ongoing competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities and best practices.•Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insightsProfile & Skills•Master’s degree (Business School, Engineering, or University equivalent).•Minimum 3 years of experience in digital acquisition, ideally within the luxury beauty/cosmetic, or premium e-commerce sector.•Proven expertise in online acquisition channels and campaign performance analysis.•Excellent command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).•Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.•Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.•Impeccable communication, organization, and attention to detail.•Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to propose innovative ideas while respecting the brand’s aesthetic and identity.•Team spirit and the ability to act as a true project leader, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with precision and diplomacy.
