We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused part-time Associate Office Manager to bring structure and reliability to our day-to-day studio operations. This is ideal for someone who thrives on managing a wide range of tasks, from timekeeping and procurement, to facilities, events, and internal communications.

If you’re a proactive problem-solver with office administration experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, familiarity with enterprise systems for timekeeping, procurement, and payables, and a passion for keeping workflows smooth and details in check - we’d love to hear from you!Please note this is a temporary, part-time position estimated to be 6 months, and will be onsite at our studio in Carlsbad, CA. What You’ll Be Doing…Priorities can often change in an environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Monitor and manage employee timecards, PTO requests, and attendance recordsAudit timecard anomalies and follow up on omissions, overtime, and codingMaintain calendars for out-of-office tracking and team availability for all managers and production staffProcess purchase orders, invoices, vendor setup, and contract submissionsCoordinate office maintenance and repairsKeep common areas tidy and stocked (coffee, snacks, supplies)Liaise with property management, vendors and securityManage shipping, receiving, and vendor coordination as neededOversee office logistics including desk setups and employee movesAddress employee office-related queriesDraft and distribute internal communications related to deadlines, processes, schedule, hiring, onboarding, terminations, and culture initiativesMaintain and update internal studio documentation, knowledge hubs and information repositoriesPlan and execute team events and culture initiativesCoordinate company-wide meetings and town halls, including scheduling, content collection, and follow-upsCurate content for internal/external social media and studio websiteWelcome and support studio guestsFacilitate and coordinate onboarding/offboarding processesTo succeed you must have…Minimum Experience2+ years’ prior professional experience as an office manager, administrator or in a similar roleBachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)Knowledge & SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, in particular)Familiarity with timekeeping, procurement and payables systems like Workday, iProcurement and Markview (or similar)Key AttributesRelentless follow-through - you see tasks from start to finishMaster organizer – you track every detail and ensure every thread gets tiedStrong communicator – you are clear, concise, and audience-awareTeam-first – you jump in wherever neededWe love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the games industry.

These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U. S. locations.
