Job Description

Role Summary: The Activities Coordinator is responsible for managing, promoting, and enhancing the hotel’s activity offerings—including surf, yoga, workshops, excursions, and special events. This role combines guest relations, supplier coordination, and creative development to ensure guests enjoy memorable, seamless experiences aligned with Porter’s brand values.Key Responsibilities:Guest Relations & Sales: Act as the main point of contact for guests regarding all activities. Provide recommendations, upsell experiences, and ensure guests feel supported throughout their stay.Supplier & Instructor Coordination: Manage relationships with activity providers, surf instructors, yoga teachers, drivers, and external partners. Coordinate schedules, availability, and daily operations.Retreat Coordination: Support the planning and smooth execution of retreats, ensuring communication between retreat leaders, providers, and internal teams.Activity Development: Propose and develop new activities, workshops, and experiences that align with Porter’s philosophy of adventure, wellness, and connection with nature.Flexible On-Site Support: Work on-site with a flexible schedule based on activity needs and guest flow.Candidate Profile:Previous experience in similar roles or strong ambition and motivation to learn.Good level of English (spoken and written).Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a natural predisposition to help guests and collaborate with the team.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
