Their mission is to improve physical, social, and mental well-being for all, especially for people living with disabilities, through compassion, inclusion, and purpose-driven care.About the RoleWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reception & Rostering Officer to support The Salt Foundation's Care Team.You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth coordination between participants (clients), care staff, and management—balancing scheduling efficiency, compliance, and participant needs.Note: The Salt Foundation provides services under Australia’s National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), a government program that funds support for people with disabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage staff rosters using scheduling software (CareVision).Coordinate staff availability, qualifications, and preferences to ensure proper shift coverage.Communicate roster details and updates with care workers and participants.Ensure all rosters comply with Australian care standards and NDIS requirements.Maintain accurate staff and participant records, including care plans and progress notes.Work with team leaders and coordinators to resolve rostering or resourcing challenges.Monitor roster costs and deadlines to support accurate billing and reporting.About YouYou are organized, reliable, and compassionate, with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. You enjoy solving problems and making sure operations run smoothly.Essential Skills & ExperienceUnderstanding of disability or community care systems (NDIS experience preferred but training provided).Experience using rostering or scheduling software (CareVision or similar).Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong organization and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of Australian care or employment compliance (or willingness to learn).Previous experience in customer service, care coordination, or admin roles is highly valued.Location: This is a remote position with the possibility of on-site collaboration in Bali as needed.We’re excited to welcome the right candidate on board soon!
