Role : Recreation Worker (AI Research Support – Remote)We are hiring for one of our prime clients, a leading AI research organization, seeking experienced Recreation Workers to contribute their domain expertise toward advancing next-generation machine learning systems. This role provides an opportunity to apply your knowledge of recreational programs and activities to help AI systems understand real-world recreation and leisure contexts.You will work independently to create deliverables, review peer work, and support AI research by providing high-quality, domain-specific insights.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop deliverables addressing common tasks and scenarios in recreation management and programming.Review and provide feedback on peer-created content to improve the quality and relevance of AI research outputs.Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all written submissions.Contribute professional insights to AI datasets for training and evaluation purposes.Ideal Qualifications4+ years of professional experience in recreation, leisure services, or related fields.Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote, asynchronous setting.More About the OpportunityWork Type: Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule.Expected Workload: Approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility up to 40 hours.Project Duration: Around 3–4 weeks.Start Date: Immediate.Compensation & Contract TermsEngagement is on an independent contractor basis.Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.Payments are based on services rendered, with contractors maintaining full control of their schedule and work methods
