🚀 Hiring: Executive Managing Director (EMO) – Power & Utilities📍 SenegalLead the operations, people, and processes of a project company, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations. Oversee EPC delivery, O&M performance, and long-term plant operations to achieve sustainable, safe, and profitable outcomes. What you’ll do: Direct and execute all company activities, providing leadership across strategy, finance, operations, and governance. Ensure compliance with EPC, O&M, PPA, PWPA, and other project agreements. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including regulators, lenders, offtakers, and contractors. Monitor EPC and O&M performance, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and safe, reliable operations.

Lead financial oversight: budgets, compliance with lender covenants, insurance programs, and statutory obligations. Drive HSSE compliance and foster a culture of “Zero Harm. ”Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, diverse workforce, ensuring succession planning and alignment with nationalization requirements. Represent the company with government, industry, and community stakeholders. Prepare and deliver reporting, proposals, and crisis responses to the Board. What we’re looking for: 15+ years of senior leadership experience in the power, utilities, or infrastructure sector, including at least 5 years at executive level. Proven track record in EPC project delivery, plant operations, and corporate governance.

Strong expertise in financial management, contract compliance, and stakeholder relations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to inspire and influence at board level. Deep knowledge of HSSE, regulatory environments, and best practices in utility management.
