About the jobADWEB, the Ad Operations and Retail Media partner of AB Vassilopoulos (an Ahold Delhaize company), is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join the rapidly growing AdOps team within the AB Retail Media organization.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns—from implementation and trafficking to optimization and reporting—across multiple channels. This role will be based within AB’s Ad Operations team while remaining fully connected to ADWEB’s Ad Ops organisation for guidance, collaboration, and operational alignment.About Retail MediaRetail Media is advertising delivered on a retailer’s digital and in-store channels using first-party shopper data to reach consumers at the point of purchase. Recognized as the third wave of digital advertising after search and social, it is one of the fastest-growing media channels globally, accelerated by the phase-out of third-party cookies and strong ROI for brands.Ahold Delhaize has invested in developing Gambit, a proprietary ad tech platform that powers its Retail Media offering.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, traffic, and manage digital campaigns across web, app, in-store screens, and in-store physical media.Implement tracking pixels, verify creatives, and ensure timely and accurate campaign launches.Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot issues such as tagging errors, pacing challenges, or discrepancies.Optimize campaigns based on performance KPIs.Produce performance reports and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and occasionally clients to ensure successful execution.Maintain accurate campaign documentation and follow QA processes.Qualifications & Skills3–4 years of experience in ad operations or digital campaign management.Hands-on experience with ad servers and tracking tools, and familiarity with handling creative assets.Experience with any of the following will be considered a plus, programmatic private deals, GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager.Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English.Why Join Us?Join the dynamic AB Retail Media team shaping a fast-growing and strategic media channel.Work within the Ahold Delhaize global Retail Media organization and gain exposure to international best practices.Be part of one of the fastest-growing segments in digital marketing.Collaborate with leading global brands and cutting-edge ad technologies.Competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and skills development
