The ideal candidate will combine analytical prowess with a strategic mindset, playing a key role in contributing to Tira's business growth and digital monetization objectives.Qualifications And SkillsExperience in monetization, brand management, or business development within the beauty industryStrong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail channelsKnowledge of market research methodologies to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferencesUnderstanding of financial principles and budget management to effectively allocate resources and maximize ROI from monetization initiativesExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful monetization strategiesAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance trackingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business prioritiesEducational Qualification: Master's in marketingRoles And ResponsibilitiesOwn & build relationships for the ads team with key brands and agenciesGenerate high value opportunities for brands by presenting ads solutions with structure, best practice case studies, confidence and compelling supporting dataDevelop new business by creating and regularly updating individual brand strategiesOversee campaign management of the ad portfolio of top clients, including on-boarding, consulting and meeting goalsWork closely with product, marketing, operation teams to define new solutions and opportunity areas to grow the brand businessBe responsible for end-to-end implementations and escalations for the portfolioIdentify process improvement areas and solutions. what role description is this
