ADAS System Leader

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Technical Leadership & Development Leading in Support SYS-02~SYS-05 system activities. Create concepts, design algorithms, make test scenarios and validation strategies, perform experiments, and data analysis to design and improve ADAS applications and automated driving systemsProject & Team Management Lead and mentor a team of SYS-02~SYS-05, providing training and technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, system engineers, and hardware engineers. Plan and manage project timelines, task allocations, and deliverables. Ensure the team follows ASPICE-compliant development processes.Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) and other automotive software standards. Maintain documentation for SYS-02~SYS-05. Location : Tokyo ( or Nagoya)RequirementsRequired Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in ADAS / AD systems including sensors Experience on L2,L2+ features Experience on SoC Architecture Experience on SYS-02 & SYS-03 Languages: Business Japanese, English is plus pointPreferred Qualifications Prior experience in leading automotive ECU software development projects. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to drive process improvements and innovation in embedded software development.
