We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Add-on Sales Coordinator who is responsible for identifying, tracking, and coordinating additional sales opportunities within existing projects or service contracts. This role ensures timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and alignment with operational and financial targets.What you will do:Monitor ongoing projects to identify potential add-on sales opportunities.Coordinate with technical and operational teams to validate scope and pricing.Track approvals, delivery timelines, and invoicing status.Maintain accurate records of add-on sales in internal systems.Liaise with finance and sourcing teams to ensure compliance and cost control.Support reporting and KPI tracking related to add-on sales performance.Ensure alignment with contract terms and customer expectations.The skills you bring:4-6 years of experience in sales coordination or commercial operations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Good understanding of project workflows and financial tracking.Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools.Effective communication and follow-up skills.
