Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area leader to oversee field operations, resource coordination, and service delivery within a designated geographic area. This role ensures operational excellence, team performance, and compliance with safety and quality standardsWhat you will do:Lead and manage field teams to meet service KPIs and operational targetsCoordinate daily activities including preventive and corrective maintenanceMonitor resource allocation, shift planning, and task executionEnsure adherence to EHS policies and operational proceduresAct as the primary point of contact for escalations and site-level decisionsSupport implementation of new processes, tools, and technologiesTrack performance metrics and report regularly to managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, quality, planning)Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.The skills you bring:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field5+ years of experience in field operations or team leadershipStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and team coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with telecom infrastructure and maintenance workflowsProficiency in MS Office and operational reporting toolsWhy join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
