PurposeAs a Supply Planning Manager within Global Sourcing, you will lead our mission to build the industry's most agile, competitive, innovative, and sustainable supply base. Managing planning teams across multiple Operation Centers, you'll ensure optimal product availability by aligning supply with demand—delivering the right products at the right time and cost. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Supply Management: Execute planning processes across Operation Centers to maximize product availability through data-driven decision making and problem-solvingTeam Leadership: Develop high-performing planning teams through mentorship and creating a collaborative environment that drives resultsCross-Functional Excellence:
