The main tasks are assisting the GBS AP team to ensure that all invoices are received and booked correctly in a timely fashion including vendor statement reconciliation and vendor queries, as well as assisting the HR team to ensure the completeness and correctness of the payroll accounts.
Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the Finance Amsterdam team according to the requirements of Group policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the specific area of responsibility,Supports organizational effectiveness through communication with GBS and HR Teams and identification and communication of process improvement opportunities,Jointly responsible for some of the Tax Accounting activities of Amsterdam for the adidas entities based there.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo assist in ensuring completeness and accuracy of the AP ledgers in the adidas companies based in Amsterdam,Maintain good relationship with vendors and deal with queries over rejection letters, missing payments communicate requirements for changes in bank details,To assist in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the payroll accounts for the adidas based companies in Amsterdam,Supporting the Finance Amsterdam team during the month end and quarter end periods,Ad-hoc project or other team (Tax, AR,) assistance might be included in the role,Control and post payroll account postings in line with policies and guidelines,Preparation of account reconciliations for payrollTo assist in preparation documentation and be involved in the annual auditActively participate in projects, support the implementation of findings and sustainability of achievements.
