Adjunct Faculty in Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, beginning in the Spring Semester of the 2025–26 academic yearQualifications & Experience Doctorate in entrepreneurship / innovation; exceptional candidates with a Master’s and extensive, directly relevant professional experience will also be considered. Minimum 5 years of academic or industry experience in the field of entrepreneurship / innovation. Fluency in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills. Relevant professional certifications welcomed.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver high-quality instruction in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, ensuring alignment with course objectives and linking theory to practice through case studies, simulations, and experiential learning. Assess and monitor student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback. Develop, update, and manage instructional resources, syllabi, and project-based learning activities that connect classroom concepts to entrepreneurial practice. Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies. Foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Engage with industry partners, entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders to enrich learning outcomes and provide networking opportunities for students. Motivate students to develop entrepreneurial mindsets, resilience, and problem-solving skills while collaborating with colleagues to promote a culture of innovation. Integrate innovative teaching methods, technologies, and resources to enhance course delivery and bridge classroom learning with practical application.
