Adjunct Instructor/Assistant Professor, Business/ BUS 103  George Mason University Korea is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual for a part-time position in Business/ BUS 103 for the Spring 2026 semester, beginning mid Feb 2026. Responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic, innovative individual to teach Develop Professional Skills I: Foundational Elements (BUS 103) This is a one-semester Adjunct Faculty position.  The Spring 2026 course schedule is fixed and noted below.  Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-7:15pm About the Position This is a part-time, non-tenure track position. George Mason University has a strong institutional commitment to the achievement of excellence and diversity among its faculty and staff and strongly encourages candidates to apply who will enrich Mason’s academic and culturally inclusive environment. Required Qualifications Completion of a Master’s degree in related field by January 2026. Demonstrated excellence in teaching, with at least 4 semesters of similar courses at the college undergraduate level. Proven ability to collaborate with faculty of multiple disciplines. Share the department’s commitment to Inclusive Excellence in transdisciplinary education and research. Ability to use campus technology tools used to teach in multiple modalities (Canvas, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, Zoom, etc.) and willingness to adapt to new technologies that might be adopted by the campus in the future. Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Completion of a Terminal degree in related field by January 2026. Experience teaching diverse students and working effectively in diverse teams. International teaching experience.  Who May Apply -Local applicants authorized to work in the Republic of Korea, including those who hold F series visas.
