Job Description

Admin and Finance Support Executive (Contract)· Assist with daily administrative and finance-related tasks, including processing purchase and sales orders, and maintaining accurate records in NetSuite.· Reconcile Amex card expenses, verify supporting documents, and ensure accurate posting into expense accounts.· Maintain and monitor the timesheet system, ensuring timely submission and accuracy of entries.· Support the preparation of project and business reports with the Finance team.· Manage general office administration, including filing, mail handling, and coordinating with couriers or vendors.· Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and internal engagement activities.· Liaise with IT service providers and support the team with basic IT-related coordination (e.g., equipment requests, access rights, etc.).Provide general administrative assistance to Finance, HR, and IT teams as needed.
