You will gain hands-on experience in key operational functions and receive mentorship from senior leaders. This role is intended for individuals with high potential who are eager to develop management and leadership skills, aiming for future leadership positions or on a Managerial Track. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Participate in rotational assignments across your selected track (Salon Operations, Front of House F&B, Culinary Operations, or Procurement & Accounting).Undergo intensive all-operations training, including both frontline and back-end functions, to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.
