We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing, dynamic team. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Albuquerque, NM. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including but not limited to:Assist with phones and direct calls accordingly.Assist with billing, payment processing, and accounts receivable.Coordinate shipping/receiving all packages through FedEx, UPS, and regular mail, and distribute to employees.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office and kitchen area, including supplies.Manage office supplies, including daily restock and maintenance of coffee, drinks, and snacks.Participate in the cross-training of all admin functions across departments.Collaborate with others on projects/tasks outside of their “usual” assignments.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plusProfessional and Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and CommunicationStrong Clerical SkillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to pass a background checkPlease submit resume and cover letter to mary.cordova@bacahoward.com
