Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:To provide support to sales and service management and business operation for Singapore team and Asia regional teams.To generate sales orders and invoices in a good manner and well maintain relevant information in system.To archive all finance documents well and categorize and keep all documents in good order.Assist in regional data analyse via Salesforce platform and update internal data analyse form.To assist in team culture construction and make effective plans for circulating team culture.To provide financial assistance in relation to orders and payment to HQ financial department.To do other ad-hoc tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the business.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEEDDiploma/Degree with minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and HRPro-active, self-motivated and ability to work independentlyExcellent multi-tasking and communication skillsLive with positive vibes, most importantly willing to act with “CAN DO” attitudeBasic knowledge in Microsoft Office and ExcelProficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
