Job Description

The E-Commerce Admin is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Atambah’s online sales channels. This role ensures that product listings, stock updates, order processing, and customer communications are handled efficiently and accurately. Working closely with the marketing, warehouse, and customer service teams, the E-Commerce Admin plays a vital role in maintaining a seamless and professional online shopping experience for Atambah customers.ResponsibilitiesManage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across all e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.).Ensure product information and stock availability are always accurate and up to date.Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.Monitor order status and resolve issues such as stock discrepancies, returns, or delays.Maintain accurate records of orders, stock movements, and sales transactions.Generate daily or weekly sales reports for internal monitoring.QualificationsMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Canva or Adobe PhotoshopFamiliar with seller dashboards (Shopify, Shopee, Tokopedia, WooCommerce, etc)Good understanding of order management, stock control, returns, and shipping processesCommunicative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficientlyAble to work both independently and as part of a team, and perform well under pressureCandidates with English language proficiency are prefered
