Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcess hire purchase loan applications and assess eligibilityAttend to loan enquiries and provide/advise on appropriate loan solutions and alternatives in a timely mannerConduct credit search on customers and collect all necessary information and documents from them.Submit information and documents to banks/financial institutions for loan approvalLiaise with internal and external parties for processing of hire purchase loansPlan and perform administrative / documentation procedures throughout entire process till disbursement of the loanHandle loans documentation for block discounting and other finance facilitiesEnsure accurate and timely creation, monitoring and maintenance of loan and facility records, and assist with preparation of facility reportsLiaise with internal and external parties for processing and verification of loans documentation, facility drawdown and redemption requestsAssist with other administrative functions to ensure loan administrative processes are running efficiently.QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate should:Possess minimum Diploma in Business / Banking & Finance / related discipline, with minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in automotive loans documentation.Be proficient in Microsoft Office with good Excel knowledge and sensitive with numbersPossess good initiative, strong administrative capabilities and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate fluently in EnglishREMUNERATIONMonthly basic salary: commensurate with experienceAnnual wage supplement (AWS)Variable BonusOTHER INFORMATION5-day work week (Mon-Fri: 9am – 6pm)14 days annual leave (with an additional day after 2 full years of service, and capped at 18 days)Birthday leave (effective 2026)Medical claimsWHY JOIN USSteady expansion leading to unique opportunities for growthSupportive company culture Good working environment
