Job Description
We are looking for an Admin Executive – Hard FM with a strong educational background and hands-on experience in electrical work, along with solid expertise in building repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day facility operations, manage preventive maintenance, and oversee repair activities across the premises.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage Hard FM operations, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance.Perform or coordinate electrical repair and troubleshooting as needed.Ensure timely preventive maintenance of all electrical and building assets.Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality, safety, and compliance.Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repair work, and inventory.Support the Admin Department in cost control and vendor coordination.Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.RequirementsBachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.3–5 years in Hard FM operations, with proven experience in electrical systems and building repair.Strong knowledge of facility maintenance procedures, safety standards, and vendor management.Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills.Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks under minimal supervision.
