The Admin & Finance Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, managing finance-related tasks, supporting customer coordination, and ensuring organizational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include managing schedules, handling client communications, maintaining financial records, and organizing office activities.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate between design office, production facility, and site engineering teamsTrack project progress & timelines to ensure on-time deliveryManage client communication and project documentationPrepare quotations, proposals, and invoicingOversee office administration and team coordinationAssist with basic accounts and bookkeepingSupport management in operational planning and reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fieldStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Knowledge of project tracking tools is a plusExperience in an engineering, construction, or manufacturing environment is an advantageSelf-driven, organized, and professional attitudeSend your CV and a brief cover note to info@indusmetalsystems.com with the subject:Application – Project & Office Coordinator
