Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Admin & HR Manager at Global Homes Infra. The Admin & HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative and human resources operations. Key responsibilities include recruitment processes, employee onboarding and engagement, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, and handling day-to-day office operations. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth office and HR activities.
